Deliveries, lockers and parcel pick ups

Everyone's got a busy life and it's not always easy to find the time to do your shopping, or wait at home for a parcel to be delivered. We've created a number of options to make life easier for you including home delivery and the ability to send parcels from your local Co-op store. So you can save time and take advantage of our deals for you whilst picking up your parcels.

Home delivery from the Co-operative Food is a FREE service when you spend over £25 in one transaction*. Shop as normal in selected stores and we deliver it all to your door at a time to suit you.

*The free delivery service is only available within designated postcodes. Due to licensing restrictions our home delivery service is only available to persons over the age of 18. Service hours and availability may vary. Please read the full terms and conditions. Look out for our home delivery terminals in-store.

  • Swipe & register:

    Pick up a card and follow the simple registration at our Home Delivery terminal.

    Choose a time:

    You’ll get a ticket from the terminal once you’ve chosen the most convenient timeslot for you.

    Shop as usual:

    And take your timeslot ticket to the checkout.

    We'll deliver it:

    Relax at home and we'll deliver your shopping right to your door.

Co-op Food has teamed up with to provide you with a brand new way to collect your parcels. You can now select an Amazon Locker at your local store allowing you to pick up your parcels at a time that is convenient for you*

*Your parcel will be available for pickup for three business days after you receive your pickup code. If your parcel is not picked up within the reservation window, it will be returned to Amazon.

  • Create your order on

    At the checkout click choose a pickup location near you.

    Select the Locker location.

    Continue through checkout as usual.

    Once your order is delivered to the Amazon Locker, you'll receive an e-mail with instructions and a unique pick-up code. When you go to the Amazon Locker, enter your pick-up code and the locker with your parcel will open.

Co-op Food has teamed up with Hermes to offer the parcelShop service in selected Co-op stores.

This handy service lets you send, collect and return your parcels while picking up groceries, at a time that suits you.

ParcelShop offers the perfect solution if you need your parcel delivered locally when you’re not home, you want to send a parcel/return an unwanted online purchase, or you won’t be home/do not have a safe place to leave your parcel for collection.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery is free when you spend £25** or more in one transaction and live within the designated postcode area. If you spend less than £25 there is a delivery charge of £3. If you live outside the designated postcode area, the store manager may agree to deliver to you for a charge of £5.

** Excluding cigarettes and tobacco, gift vouchers, savings stamps, postage stamps, telephone cards (including mobile phone top-ups), fireworks and sparklers, all lottery tickets and scratchcards, medicines (including vitamins and minerals), infant formulae, top-ups to utility meter keys, rotisserie and other hot food, purchases from vending machines and purchases of fuel, oil and other motoring services.

Proof of identity may be requested on delivery.

Signature on receipt will be proof of delivery.

Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made to the stores within 24 hours of delivery. As part of our responsibilities to you and the community we regret that we are unable to make deliveries where there is, or appears to be, no one aged 18 or over to accept them. If no one is in, or no one appears to be 18 years or over at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be returned to the store and redelivery will be arranged. We reserve the right to charge customers for redelivery (maximum of £5). We regret that the home delivery service may be temporarily unavailable for reasons beyond our control and, in the event, in store communication will advise customers that the service is not operational. Any time given for delivery is an approximation and we will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver within the time frame.
