Parcels made simpler

Sending or receiving parcels can be tricky when you’re busy, but Co-op has the answer. The myHermes ParcelShop at selected outlets lets you drop off parcels seven days a week, fully tracked with a two day service. We’re also introducing Amazon lockers, meaning you can pick up your parcel at a time that suits you and never miss a delivery again. And why not grab some deals while you’re visiting?

Pick up with Amazon Lockers

Co-op Food has teamed up with to provide you with a brand new way to collect your parcels. You can now select an Amazon Locker at your local store allowing you to pick up your parcels at a time that is convenient for you*

How it works

Pick up location

At the checkout click choose a pickup location near you.

Choose locker location

Select the Locker location & continue through checkout as usual.

Pick up your parcel

Once delivered, you'll get an email with your unique code. All you have to do is pick it up.

*Your parcel will be available for pickup for three business days after you receive your pickup code. If your parcel is not picked up within the reservation window, it will be returned to Amazon.

Send and return with myHermes parcelShop

Co-op Food has teamed up with Hermes to offer the parcelShop service in selected Co-op stores. This handy service lets you send, collect and return your parcels while picking up groceries, at a time that suits you. ParcelShop offers the perfect solution if you need your parcel delivered locally when you’re not home, you want to send a parcel/return an unwanted online purchase, or you won’t be home/do not have a safe place to leave your parcel for collection.

Print off your label and affix it to your parcel

Drop off

Drop it off at your local ParcelShop. We aim to deliver within two working days
