    • Entries are limited to only one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

    • The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries after the closing date by an independent judging body. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • Winners must accept and redeem the prize in accordance with the terms & conditions.

    • The prize must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative is available. The prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.

    • Within 14 days of the winner being drawn, the promoter will contact the winners by telephone, post or email using the details provided at entry and arrange delivery. Losing entries will not receive any notification.

    • Each winner must respond to the promoter within 28 days of the promoter’s first attempt to notify them that they have won in order to accept the prize.

    • In the event that a winner does not respond to accept the prize within 28 days of the promoters first attempt to notify them that they have won, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to draw a new winner form the remaining valid entries using the same process as detailed above.

    • The prize will be delivered to an address in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or incorrect postal address provided or any additional costs incurred for re-postage.

    • By entering and being a winner of any of Co-op Food giveaways, you agree to have your name published either online or in a future issue of Co-op Food. When you enter a competition featured in the magazine, the contract is with the supplier and not with Co-op Food or River. The promoter will treat all personal information obtained through each of the entrants’ registration as private and confidential and will comply with Data Protection Act.     • The promoter will not be liable for system failures, network errors, errors or unavailability on its website, hacks on the system or personal computer/mobile devices of any kind.

    • The promoter’s decision is final in every situation (including any not covered by these terms and conditions) and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • The promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel this prize draw or whole in part in the event of circumstances that make it necessary to do so.

    • The promoter may collect personal data from the entrants under the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable data privacy laws. Unless an entrant has expressly consented to the use of their personal information for future marketing purposes or an entrant is selected as a winner, the entrants’ personal information provided with their entry will be held and used by the promoter for the sole purpose of administering this prize draw.

    • Entry to the prize draw shall constitute an entrants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them.   • The coupon is valid until the expiry date shown on it and only valid in a Co-op Food Store which is owned by Co-operative Group Limited.

    You can use the coupon to get the item or discount shown on it in a single transaction. If the coupon states that a qualifying or minimum spend is required (for example, 50p off £3 spend) then the coupon can only be used if the qualifying or minimum spend has been achieved in a single transaction.

    If you are eligible to do so, you can use a Co-operative Group Limited colleague member card, an NUS Extra or NUS Apprentice Extra card, or a Young Scot card in the same transaction but the qualifying or minimum spend must be met following any discount applied for using your card.

    If the coupon states that a particular item/s must be purchased (for example, 5p off a loaf of Co-op sliced bread) then the coupon can only be used if the particular item/s have been purchased in that transaction.

    The coupon is not transferable or refundable and you can’t exchange it for cash.

    In addition to any other restrictions or product limitations that may be stated above, there are also a few things that you can’t use this coupon to buy, including: fuel, first stage baby milk, postage stamps, saving schemes, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in-store concessions, PayPoint, newspaper deliveries or cigarettes and tobacco.
